Since 1976, Oleo Tecnica s.r.l. has been producing flanges with connection conforming to the SAE J518 standard.
The company is specialized in the production of split flanges, to which different versions of SAE and CETOP flanges, straight and 90° fittings and flanges have been added on specific customer request.
The company’s “customer oriented” policy has customer satisfaction as its main objective: customized production, quality materials, accurate mechanical operations and fast delivery of the ordered material. For this reason, about 5,000 square meters of covered area have been allocated to specific warehouse to respond to customer deliveries with a view to excellence.
In addition, the company is committed to keeping the machine park constantly updated according to the most modern technologies. Alongside traditional machinery and transfers dedicated to the production of semi-flanges, robotic islands have been implemented for the mass production of large batches. Finally, production precision is guaranteed by metrological instrumentation periodically calibrated with reference to main samples and kept in the metrology room at a controlled temperature.
Oleo Tecnica production is generally used on oil hydraulic systems in various fields: shipyards, earthmoving machinery, concrete mixers, hydraulic presses, etc. and wherever there is passage of oil under pressure.
